j33bet Terms and Conditions – Pakistan's Online Betting Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings throughout:

• "j33bet" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to the j33bet online betting and gaming website operated at j33bet.ws and all associated services.
• "you" / "the player" / "the user" refers to any individual who registers an account on j33bet, accesses the platform, or uses any of its services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. j33bet does not knowingly allow minors to register and will permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 18, with any balance forfeited.

• You must notify j33bet promptly if any of your registered personal details change — particularly your mobile number or contact email address.

All deposits and withdrawals on j33bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on j33bet is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your j33bet account instantly for all supported mobile wallet and card methods. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day in rare circumstances depending on your bank's processing.
• j33bet does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside j33bet's control and are the player's responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, potentially with administrative delays.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. In cases where that method is unavailable, j33bet support will work with you to arrange an alternative.
• The vast majority of withdrawal requests on j33bet are processed within minutes. In cases requiring identity verification review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• j33bet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees on receipt of funds.
• You cannot withdraw bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed prior to processing the withdrawal.
• j33bet reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including a CNIC copy — before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or where fraud indicators are present. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• If your account shows unusual activity, j33bet may temporarily freeze withdrawal processing while an internal review is conducted. We will notify you by the contact details on your account and aim to resolve any review within 5 business days.

j33bet regularly offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are provided at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply across all j33bet promotions:

• The j33bet welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 25,000. This offer is available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement on j33bet welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Reload bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, tournament prize pools, and other promotional offers are governed by their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time they are offered.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on j33bet. Specific rules for each game type (football betting, casino games, Ludo, esports, etc.) are available within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. j33bet does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined in the rules for each game type.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or abandoned before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your j33bet balance unless the specific bet type has alternative settlement rules.
• j33bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneously published price. If a price is clearly wrong — for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite — the bet may be settled at the correct price or voided at j33bet's discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets close automatically when a goal, point, or significant event occurs. Bets placed during the brief window where live odds are suspended may be accepted or rejected at j33bet's discretion, particularly where the platform's systems detected the triggering event before the bet was placed.
• For casino games, the rules published in each game's help section govern gameplay and outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between game display and the certified game RTP/rules, the official game rules take precedence.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on j33bet. These limits are displayed in each betting market and at each game table before you place a bet.
• j33bet's certified RNG systems govern all random outcomes in casino games and Ludo. These systems are regularly audited for fairness by independent third parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j33bet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeit of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation — Providing false personal information, using stolen payment details, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
2. Multiple account operation — Creating or operating more than one j33bet account, whether personally or on behalf of others, for any purpose.
3. Bonus abuse — Any attempt to manipulate bonus systems including duplicate accounts, deliberately offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or exploiting errors.
4. Collusion — Coordinating with other players at the same table or in the same tournament to manipulate game outcomes for mutual benefit.
5. Use of automated tools — Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any tool that interacts with the j33bet platform without direct manual player input.
6. Exploitation of technical errors — Knowingly placing bets or playing games that are displaying incorrect odds, prices, or game states due to a technical error. j33bet will void all bets placed under these conditions.
7. Money laundering — Using j33bet as a vehicle to process, layer, or obscure funds of illegal origin. j33bet complies with applicable AML regulations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
8. Abusive behaviour — Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at j33bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

j33bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The account holder has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is detected or suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• j33bet is required to do so by applicable regulations or legal authorities.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance consisting of bonus funds or funds generated from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real deposit funds that are confirmed as legitimate may be returned at j33bet's discretion following investigation.

You may also request to close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting j33bet support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j33bet platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any j33bet platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify or create derivative works based on j33bet platform content.
• Use j33bet's name, logo, or brand identity in any external communication without explicit written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the underlying source code of the j33bet platform.

Any unauthorised use of j33bet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

j33bet provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j33bet shall not be liable for:
